Sensational Science (K-5th)

In Sensational Science, children will harness heat energy, learn the science behind conduction, and explore the properties of both light and color. They will experiment with magnets, examine curious optical illusions, and explore potential and kinetic energy! Children will get to learn all about robots and witness a hair-raising demonstration of static electricity.

Winter Wonderland: Kids’ Global Gourmet Journey (K-5th)

Embark on a delicious adventure this winter with Sticky Fingers Cooking®! Our Winter Wonderland 'Cool'inary Club will take your young chefs on a global culinary journey, whipping up fun, tasty, and healthy recipes each week. Guided by experienced Chef Instructors, kids will explore exciting new flavors while learning about S.T.E.A.M., culture, language, and more—right in the kitchen!

Each class is interactive, engaging, and perfect for all ages. Plus, our plant-forward recipes are always nut-free, and we happily accommodate allergies. With new weekly dishes to create, kids will love exploring the world of cooking while developing lifelong skills!

Volleyball (2nd-5th)

Our volleyball program is a perfect intro to one of the fastest growing sports in the area. We will work on fundamentals through play, keeping each day fun with games and drills that build strength and confidence, as well as learn about proper rotations and spatial awareness. Our goal is to get each player the most touches possible each day to ensure noticeable improvement and constant engagement. This program is for beginners as well as experienced players, and by the end of the session we hope to be able to play out competitive points. Everyone will have a blast with this great game!

Strategy Games (2nd-5th)

Students are taught and learn strategies about collectible card games such as Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Yu Gi Oh and other collectible card games. Students are taught strategy based playing card games as well as creating their own strategy board games as a craft project.

Arctic Animal Adventures: Exploring Wildlife Worldwide (K-5th)

Embark on a wondrous journey with our "Arctic Animal Adventures: Exploring Wildlife Worldwide" pottery class at Jimmy Potters workshop this winter! 

Step into the magical world of Arctic animals from around the globe, where young artists will fuse creativity with education in a wintry wonderland. Children will sculpt adorable polar bears, lively penguins, elegant seals, and other captivating winter creatures using clay, all while learning about the cultural significance of these animals across different continents. 

Our dedicated instructors will guide your child through this hands-on exploration, fostering a deep appreciation for art and wildlife in a fun and informative environment.

Kaizen Karate (K-5th)

Karate: this popular class is a disciplined introduction to the sport by Kaizen Karate. Your child will learn the beautiful art of karate while gaining safety and defensive skills in a respectful environment. The class will also emphasize the basic karate principles of focus, patience and self-discipline. Returning students will continue to work toward new belts while first time students will be able to start the belt program.

Lego: Mining & Crafting (K-5th)

Travel to the Nether with Snapology—but watch out for those Creepers! Come join us as we bring MinecraftTM to life using LEGO® bricks. Create your own world, including animals, creepers and your very own LEGO® MinecraftTM character.

Cheer-IT with Spir-IT Cheerleading (K-5th)

Take your spirit to a higher level! Learn routines, cheers, motions and jumps that promote teamwork, fitness and FUN. We'll work on basic gymnastics and dance movements (under supervision of instructors). Cheers include: Who Rocks the House, G-O Yell GO, Dynamite, and many more. You'll even get to make up your own cheer!

Chess (K-5th)

Learn chess with Magnus Academy (formerly Silver Knights), world champion Magnus Carlsen’s academy!  We’ve taught 100,000 children to play including state and national champions, but most students are beginners looking to learn a new skill and have FUN. Class time is divided between lessons and practice games.  Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced tournament strategies.

Students will have the opportunity to play in tournaments (in-person and online) outside of club time.  This in-person club includes free online extras including weekly practice tournaments and an event with world champion Magnus Carlsen or Judit Polgar, the best female chess player of all time.  All chess supplies provided. Basketball with Ms. B (3rd-5th) 

Students will learn, practice and apply basketball skills in various basketball related games and activities. 

Awesome Art (K-5th)

If you think art is awesome, this is the class for you! We’ll explore all the coolest art materials as we learn drawing techniques, create with clay, and paint on real canvas boards. We’ll even create a beach scene out of real candy! Art really is awesome!

Dynamic Drum (K-5th)

Students will participate in a music group. Students will learn about the instrument as well as how to play in a music group.   

FREE Rental instrument and curriculum included!  Instruments and music are intended for in class AND at home practice.  Rental Instrument must be returned at the last class.

Space War Robotics (K-5th)

In this Star Wars-inspired program, your padawan learner will explore the basics of robotics while digging into their favorite parts of the Star Wars movies - the machines! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, your student will be taught how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with just a little practice. We will support them in the development of their coding and building skills and inspire them with creative building challenges based on the movies they love. May the force be with them as they build and grow!

Cooking: Breakfast Club (K-5th)

In this session, the kids will get to learn all sorts of breakfast treats, ranging from super simple, to a delicious meal to get excited over! They will be breakfast champions by the end, being able to crack eggs without a second thought and how to be a baking pro. 

Sports & PE Games (K-5th)

In this program, we will play some of the best sports and PE games ever invented. We will choose from knockout, extreme kickball, handball, capture the flag, modified dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, floor hockey, soccer and more. We will also take suggestions from children to make sure the fun never ends! 

Each day, our goal is to motivate each player to compete with high effort and a positive attitude towards self and others. We hope you can join us!
